PERSONALITY/FIT: Felicity is confident in what she can do. She knows that she's smart. She knows exactly what she's capable of, and she doesn't need to overstate her skills. She also has a lot of insecurities in some places too. She always worries about her position in the company she works for. She also worries about the police and rules of society, though bit by bit she has been getting over these particular fears. Felicity is a person that definitely has anxieties and lets her mouth loose when these kick in, generally speaking; she just can't help it. She knows what is right and has discovered that doing what is right sometimes means that you have to go through different channels. She really is the heart of team Arrow.
As smart as Felicity is, she is also fairly socially awkward. It isn't that she isn't charming or even friendly because she can be both of these things, but she is also the person that has no brain to mouth filter and sometimes winds up on topics that shouldn't be referenced in a particular moment. She understands social cues, so it isn't that she doesn't understand how to interact with others, and she has more than enough empathy and care for other people. She just happens to speak too quickly, saying what comes to mind before she can stop herself. She just doesn't always have a filter, despite really wishing that she did, and being actively aware of what she's doing while she's doing it. She can even sometimes stop herself...after she's started. She's usually able to navigate herself through social situations, and through a lot of other things. Felicity is quick on her feet and she's smart about things in general. She can't stand mysteries.
She's also far too curious for her own good. She doesn't leave things unanswered and she can be stubborn when she makes her mind up about things. That doesn't mean that she's not emotionally driven at times, though, she really tries to be practical and do what is right. She is proud of the accomplishments that she has. She's compassionate when it comes to other people. Felicity is a very emotion-driven person, just as much as she is by curiosity maybe. As already stated she's the heart of team Arrow. She cares about people rather easily. She makes her emotions known and she wears her heart on her sleeve. It's quick, and easy generally, for Felicity to make her mind up on how she feels about a person. She has a lot of room, though, for love. And she does have her jealous and sensitive moments, but she's just a very giving person when it comes to her feelings and love. She can't hide it.
She does, however, take responsibility onto her shoulders. She can also have her pretty selfless moments, but she also has pride in herself at the same time. She cares about people and if she can help she can't help but want to. This is, in part, due to Oliver. Felicity is stubborn, extremely so. She's loyal. She genuinely tries to be kind to people. When she feels more negative emotions it's almost strange coming from her because she doesn't know how to deal with them completely.

She's a geek, she knows geeky things. She doesn't know much of anything about fighting or survival without the comforts of modern living. She isn't the kind of girl that is used to roughing it by any means. She likes technology, electronics, and creature comforts in general.
